Stage One of THE METS will open late 2022 -23, with approximately 300 shops.

Stage One - Release A, of THE METS will consist of 156 shop fronts. (Inside yellow border above)
Each shop is US$350/year lease cost
Once all the shop fronts of Release 'A' are leased, we will open up the shop fronts of Stage One Release 'B' for lease (inside the red border).
This expansion method will ensure all the mall walkways are filled with shop fronts as THE METS expands.
THE WALKWAY COMPLETION PACKAGE
So as to ensure all vacant shops in Stage 1 - Release ‘A’ are leased before opening Stage 1 - Release ‘B’ THE METS is making available the WALKWAY COMPLETION PACKAGE. This package applies to a number of orphaned shop fronts that are vacant between already leased shop fronts in Release ‘A’. Please see details of the package below

The Orphaned Single Shop Front Package includes at no extra cost,
